The acquisition enables Depotnet to invest in innovation and accelerate its growth, with the full support and resources of Everfield. This transaction represents Everfield’s ninth acquisition in the last 12 months.
Depotnet will continue to operate under its current leadership team, led by Holly Dalby and Darren Bridge, retaining its unique culture and brand. Everfield plans to support Depotnet’s growth by providing strategic guidance and financial support to scale Depotnet’s team and service its growing customer base, while expanding its product offering.

Depotnet’s existing management team, led by Holly Dalby and Darren Bridge, will continue to lead its team of 40 people from their offices in Henley-on-Arden (UK).
